When we first sat down with Carnival UK to chat about a new crew magazine, it became clear it had to be a engaging read as well as informative.
We needed to connect with a wide audience from different cultures and backgrounds, and most importantly, we wanted them to take ownership and feel part of Wavelength’s crew too.
By meeting and engaging the ships' crew, we were able to create meaningful and engaging content for the employees
Keeping crews connected at sea
Wavelength became more than an internal comms publication - it's also a lifestyle magazine, a travel guide and a vital link to friends on the other ships in Carnival's fleet.
